What this workflow does

Course creators on Graphy often need their student list outside the platform: for a tutor who marks assignments, a partner who shares revenue, or a simple count at the end of the month. Exporting learners every time is a chore. This workflow adds each new learner to a spreadsheet as they are created.

The Graphy trigger fires when a new learner is created in your Graphy account and hands FlowMattic the learner data Graphy sends. The Google Sheets step then appends a row, with each learner detail in the column you map, such as name and email.

The flow reacts to learner creation, not to course purchases or enrolments, so a learner who later joins a second course does not get another row. Learners created before the import are not copied over. Each run shows up in Task History with the data that reached the sheet.
