What this workflow does
Moving a candidate forward in Breezy HR usually means someone has a job to do next: book the interview, send the assessment, prepare the offer. When your team plans its work in ClickUp, those jobs get lost if they stay in the recruiting tool. This workflow creates a ClickUp task whenever a candidate's stage changes.
The Breezy HR trigger is Candidate Status Updated, which fires when a candidate moves from one stage in a pipeline to another. FlowMattic passes the candidate data to ClickUp, where Create Task adds a new task. You write the task name and description and place candidate details in them, such as who moved and to which stage, once a test run shows the fields.
