Create a HubSpot CRM contact from each new EasySend submission
When someone submits data in an EasySend experience, this workflow creates a contact in HubSpot CRM from what they entered, so applicants and customers who finish your digital forms are in your CRM.

What this workflow does
EasySend runs digital forms and customer journeys, but the people who complete them still need to reach your CRM before sales or service can follow up. This workflow creates a HubSpot contact from each EasySend submission.
The EasySend Data Submitted trigger fires when an end user clicks a button to submit data. FlowMattic receives the submitted values and passes them to HubSpot CRM, where Create Contact adds a new contact from the fields you map, starting with the email address.
Note that the HubSpot action creates contacts; it does not look up or update existing ones. If the person is already in HubSpot, the step may be refused as a duplicate, and Task History shows HubSpot's reply. The EasySend submission itself is unchanged.
Insurance or loan applications
A prospect completes an application journey in EasySend. Their details arrive in HubSpot as a contact so an advisor can pick up the follow-up.
Customer onboarding forms
New customers fill in an onboarding flow in EasySend, and your service team finds them in HubSpot without a separate data entry step.
Quote requests
Visitors submit a quote request through an EasySend experience. Each one becomes a HubSpot contact your sales team can work from.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
EasySend Data SubmittedFires when an end user clicks a button to submit data in your EasySend experience. The submitted values are passed on for mapping into HubSpot.
HubSpot CRM Create ContactTurns the EasySend submission into a new HubSpot CRM contact. Map the email address from EasySend and any other details you want on the contact, and connect your HubSpot account on import.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- EasySend AccountAccount
- HubSpot CRM AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add a Filter after the trigger that continues only when the email value is not empty, so HubSpot always gets an address to create the contact with.
- If people may resubmit, add a HubSpot Get Contact step first and a Filter that continues only when no contact is found.
- Add a HubSpot Create Deal step after the contact if each submission should also open a deal for your sales pipeline.
Questions about this workflow
Which EasySend submissions create HubSpot contacts?
Every Data Submitted event the trigger receives creates one. Run a test journey after import to see when EasySend sends that event in your experience.
What if the EasySend submitter already exists in HubSpot?
This step only creates contacts, so HubSpot may refuse a duplicate email. You can read HubSpot's answer in Task History. Add a Get Contact check first if repeat submitters are common.
Can I send EasySend fields to custom HubSpot properties?
Map whatever the Create Contact step offers after import. Run a test submission first so FlowMattic captures the EasySend values to map.
Does this change anything in EasySend?
No. The workflow reads the submitted data and writes only to HubSpot.
