What this workflow does
FlexiFunnels captures leads on your funnel pages, but your sales team follows up from HubSpot. Moving those leads across with exports or copy and paste means delays and missed people. This workflow sends each one to HubSpot as it signs up.
The FlexiFunnels trigger fires on each new form submission, and the answers become fields you can map. The HubSpot CRM step then creates a contact from them, typically using the lead's email and name, plus any other details you choose to map.
The HubSpot action creates contacts; it does not look for an existing one first. If someone who is already in HubSpot fills in the form again, HubSpot may refuse the duplicate email, and Task History shows its response for that run. Everyone new arrives as a fresh contact your team can work from.
Webinar funnel sign-ups
People who register through a FlexiFunnels webinar page show up as HubSpot contacts, so sales can see who registered.
Lead magnet opt-ins
Each download form on a funnel page adds the visitor to HubSpot CRM, where your team assigns owners and plans follow-up.
Consultation requests
A booking-style form in FlexiFunnels creates a HubSpot contact with the visitor's details, ready for a call.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
FlexiFunnels New Form SubmissionStarts with each lead form sent from your FlexiFunnels funnel. The submitted details are passed on for mapping into HubSpot.
HubSpot CRM Create ContactCreates a contact in HubSpot CRM from the FlexiFunnels submission. Map the email address and any name fields, and connect your HubSpot account on import.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- FlexiFunnels AccountAccount
- HubSpot CRM AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Submit one of your FlexiFunnels forms yourself after import, so the trigger has sample data to map into the HubSpot contact.
- To tell funnel leads apart in HubSpot, map a fixed value such as the funnel name into a contact property your team filters on, if the step offers one.
- Add a Slack or email step after HubSpot so a salesperson hears about each new lead as it arrives.
Questions about this workflow
What if the FlexiFunnels lead already exists in HubSpot?
The step creates contacts and does not update existing ones. HubSpot may refuse a duplicate email, and Task History shows the response for that submission.
Are older FlexiFunnels submissions sent to HubSpot?
No. Only forms submitted after you turn the workflow on create HubSpot contacts.
Which FlexiFunnels form fields can I send to HubSpot CRM?
Any field the trigger passes on. Submit a test entry and check the captured data to see what is available to map into the contact.
Do I need a HubSpot account for this FlexiFunnels workflow?
Yes. Contacts are created in the HubSpot account you connect, and you also need a FlexiFunnels account with the form you want to use.
