What this workflow does
The hour after a call is when notes get forgotten. You close the meeting, the next thing starts, and the recap you meant to send never goes out. This workflow puts a reminder in your task list at the point the meeting finishes, before anything else takes over.
The Join.me trigger fires when a meeting ends. FlowMattic then runs the Create Task action in Todoist, which adds a new task to your account. You write the task text when you set up the step, for example "Send notes for" followed by a value from the meeting data, so each task points to the call it came from.
The workflow creates the reminder only. It does not write or send the notes for you, and it has no conditions, so every meeting that ends on the connected Join.me account adds a task. If some of your calls never need notes, add a Filter after the trigger. Task History lists each run with the data Join.me sent, which helps you pick the right values for the task.
