What this workflow does
If you sell through WooCommerce but handle invoices, subscriptions or accounting in Zoho Billing, each buyer has to exist in both places. Adding them by hand after every sale is slow and easy to get wrong. This workflow creates the Zoho Billing customer when the order is placed.
A checkout in your WooCommerce store that produces a new order starts the run. The order's billing details are passed to FlowMattic. The next step runs Create Customer in Zoho Billing.
The template doesn't come with mappings. After import, connect Zoho Billing, place a test order, and map the buyer's name, email and any company or address details you need into the Zoho Billing step.

Does this create an invoice in Zoho Billing for the WooCommerce order?
No. It only creates the customer. The order itself and its payment stay in WooCommerce.
What happens when a returning WooCommerce customer orders again?
A new run starts for that order and tries to create the customer again, since nothing checks Zoho Billing first. Look at Task History after a repeat test order to see the result.
Will orders placed before I import this reach Zoho Billing?
No. Only orders created after the workflow is turned on start a run.
