Create HubSpot contact when new user added in Encharge
Each time a person is created in Encharge, this workflow creates a matching contact in HubSpot CRM, so people who join your marketing list also show up in the CRM your sales team uses.

What this workflow does
Encharge holds the people your marketing emails go to, while HubSpot is often where sales tracks conversations and deals. When the two lists drift apart, someone ends up exporting and importing CSV files to line them up. This workflow copies each new Encharge person into HubSpot as they are added.
The Encharge trigger fires when a person is created in your Encharge account. FlowMattic receives that person's details and passes them to the HubSpot CRM step, which creates a new contact from the Encharge fields you map into it.
The HubSpot action only creates contacts. It does not look for an existing record first, so a person who is already in HubSpot may be rejected as a duplicate. When that happens, Task History shows HubSpot's response on that step. Nothing is written back to Encharge.
Hand marketing sign-ups to sales
People who enter Encharge through your newsletter form become HubSpot contacts, so a sales rep can look them up and log calls without asking marketing for an export.
Webinar registrants into the CRM
When your webinar tool adds registrants to Encharge, each one also appears in HubSpot, ready for follow-up after the session.
One CRM for a small team
You run nurture emails from Encharge but keep every relationship in HubSpot. New Encharge people land in HubSpot without a weekly sync job.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Encharge New UserFires when a person is created in Encharge. The person's Encharge data, including their email address, is passed on for mapping in HubSpot.
HubSpot CRM Create ContactCreates a contact in HubSpot CRM from the Encharge person. Map the Encharge email and any other details you want into the contact. Your HubSpot account is connected during import.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Encharge AccountAccount
- HubSpot CRM AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add a Filter after the Encharge trigger if only some people belong in HubSpot, for example continue only when a company field is not empty.
- If people may already exist in HubSpot, add a HubSpot Get Contact step before the create step and a Filter that continues only when no contact came back.
- Want new contacts grouped in HubSpot? Add a HubSpot Add Contact To List step after the create step and map the contact ID it returns.
Questions about this workflow
What if the Encharge person is already a HubSpot contact?
HubSpot may refuse a duplicate email, since this step only creates contacts. The run records HubSpot's reply in Task History. Add a Get Contact check first if you expect overlap between the two lists.
Will people already in Encharge be copied to HubSpot?
No. The trigger only fires for people created after you turn the workflow on. Existing Encharge people need a one-time export and import into HubSpot.
Do changes to an Encharge person update the HubSpot contact?
Not with this workflow. It listens only for new people. Encharge also has a User Updated trigger in FlowMattic, which you could pair with HubSpot Update Contact in a separate workflow.
Which Encharge fields can I send to HubSpot?
Any field the New User trigger returns. Add a test person in Encharge after import so FlowMattic captures a sample, then map the fields you need in the HubSpot step.
