Log every new Sprintful booking in a Google Sheets spreadsheet
Each new Sprintful booking is added as a row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet, giving you one running list of meetings that you can sort, share or report on outside Sprintful.

What this workflow does
Sprintful handles your bookings, but your team may want them in a place they already use for planning and reporting. A spreadsheet lets you count meetings per week, share the list with someone who has no Sprintful login, or combine it with other data. This workflow fills that sheet as bookings come in.
The Sprintful trigger is New Booking, which fires when a booking is created. FlowMattic takes the booking data and hands it to Google Sheets, where Add New Row writes it into the spreadsheet you choose. You decide which booking detail goes in each column when you map the step.
Rows are only ever added here. If a booking is later cancelled, its row stays as it is, because nothing in this template watches cancellations. Sprintful has a separate Booking Cancelled trigger you can use in another workflow for that.
Consultant tracking discovery calls
Every discovery call booked through Sprintful lands in a sheet, where you add a column by hand for whether the call turned into a proposal.
Sales manager reviewing booked demos
Demo bookings from the team's Sprintful links collect in one Google Sheet, which the manager sorts by date or rep each week.
Coach sharing a schedule with an assistant
Your assistant reads upcoming sessions from a shared spreadsheet and prepares notes, without needing access to your Sprintful account.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Sprintful New BookingFires when a new booking is created in Sprintful. The booking's data becomes available to map into the spreadsheet columns.
Google Sheets Add New RowWrites one row per booking to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you select. Connect your Google account, pick the sheet and map Sprintful booking data to each column header.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Sprintful AccountAccount
- Google Sheets AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Set up the spreadsheet's header row before you map the step, so each column appears in FlowMattic and can be matched to a booking value.
- Build a second workflow with Sprintful Booking Cancelled that writes cancellations to a separate tab, so you can see which logged bookings didn't go ahead.
- Make one test booking after import so FlowMattic captures Sprintful's data, then choose which values go into each column.
Questions about this workflow
Does a cancelled Sprintful booking remove its Google Sheets row?
No. This workflow only adds rows for new bookings. Use the Sprintful Booking Cancelled trigger in a separate workflow if you want cancellations recorded.
Are Sprintful bookings made before import added to the sheet?
No. Only bookings created after the workflow is on start a run. Older ones need to be copied in by hand.
Can rescheduled Sprintful meetings be logged as well?
The template only listens for New Booking. Make a test reschedule after import and check Task History to see whether Sprintful reports it to this trigger.
