The airfocus trigger fires when a single select field is updated on an item, such as a status, stage or priority field, and passes on the item and its new value. Change a field on a test item after import to see the data.
Next, a Notion step searches your database for an item by property. To find the right row, your Notion database needs a property that holds something from airfocus, such as the item's name or ID. Map that value from the trigger and choose the property to search. The Update Database Item step then changes the item found, using its ID from the search. Both Notion steps ship unmapped, so you also pick the database and map the new airfocus value into the Notion property it should update.
Every single select change starts a run, including fields you may not track in Notion. If the search finds no matching item, there is nothing to update; Task History shows what Notion returned for each step.
