The When a booking is created in TuCalendi, check if the email is valid with Emailable, and create a new lead in Maillbluster workflow on the FlowMattic canvas, with 3 steps across TuCalendi, Emailable, Mailbluster
The workflow as it appears in the builder after import. Each step opens for editing.

What this workflow does

People who book a call or appointment are worth adding to your mailing list, but booking forms collect typos too. This workflow checks each booker's address before it becomes a Mailbluster lead, so you can see which addresses look risky.

A run begins each time someone books a slot through TuCalendi. FlowMattic sends the booker's email to Emailable with Verify Single Email, and Emailable's answer becomes data you can map. Finally, the booker is added to Mailbluster as a new lead built from what they entered.

As imported, every booking goes on to Mailbluster whatever Emailable says, because no step acts on the result. To add only valid addresses, put a Filter between Emailable and Mailbluster. Edited or cancelled bookings don't start a run.

Consultants growing a newsletter

Each prospect who books a discovery call in TuCalendi becomes a Mailbluster lead for your monthly newsletter, with their address checked first.

Clinics and studios

Clients book appointments online, and their addresses join a Mailbluster list for opening-hours notices and offers.

Webinar or demo bookings

Demo bookings from your site feed Mailbluster, while Emailable's result shows you which addresses may bounce.

How this workflow runs

What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.

  1. Step 1Trigger
    TuCalendi New Booking Created

Starts whenever a visitor books a time with you in TuCalendi. The booker's details, including their email, are passed to the next steps.

  2. Step 2Action
    Emailable Verify Single Email

Checks the booker's email address with Emailable. Connect your Emailable account and map the email from the booking. The result can be used in later steps.

  3. Step 3Action
    Mailbluster Create a New Lead

Sends the booker to Mailbluster as a lead. Connect Mailbluster and map the booker's email and name from TuCalendi into the lead.

What you need

  • FlowMatticCore
  • TuCalendi AccountAccount
  • Emailable AccountAccount
  • Mailbluster AccountAccount

After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.

Make it yours

Changes worth making after you import it.

  • Add a Filter after the Emailable step that continues only when the result shows a deliverable address. Run a test first to see the value Emailable returns.
  • Book a test slot with your own address after import, so FlowMattic captures TuCalendi's booking fields before you map the Mailbluster step.
  • Add a second workflow on TuCalendi's Booking Cancelled trigger if you want to act on cancellations, such as alerting your team.

Questions about this workflow

Does Emailable stop invalid TuCalendi bookers from reaching Mailbluster?

Not as imported. The check runs, but every booking still creates a Mailbluster lead. Add a Filter on Emailable's result to keep failed addresses out.

Does Emailable affect the booking itself?

No. By the time FlowMattic hears about it, TuCalendi has already confirmed the slot. Only what goes to Mailbluster depends on the workflow.

What if the booker is already a Mailbluster lead?

The step asks Mailbluster to create a lead either way. How Mailbluster handles an address it already has shows in Task History for that run.

Do I need accounts with both Emailable and Mailbluster?

Yes. Each step connects to your own account on that service when you import the workflow.
