What this workflow does
Gravity Forms collects names and email addresses on your site, and MailerPress sends your newsletters and campaigns from the same WordPress install. Without a link between them, you export entries and import them into MailerPress by hand. This workflow connects the two so each submission becomes a contact.
The Gravity Forms trigger fires when a form is submitted. FlowMattic passes the entry's fields to MailerPress, where the Create or Update Contact action creates a new contact, or updates the existing contact if that email address is already in your list. You map the form's email field and any name fields you collect.
Both plugins run on your own WordPress site, so the contact data stays there. Gravity Forms still stores the entry and sends its notifications as usual. Each run is listed in Task History, which shows the fields sent to MailerPress.
