What this workflow does
A booking tells you someone is interested enough to give you their time, which makes them worth adding to your mailing list. Copying each booker from TuCalendi into Mailbluster is tedious, and a typo in the address means your emails never arrive. This workflow checks the address and adds the lead for you.
The TuCalendi trigger runs when a new booking is created. FlowMattic sends the booker's email to VerifyBee, and the response from Verify Email becomes data you can use later in the run. The last step creates a new lead in Mailbluster from the booking details you map.
As imported, the lead is created regardless of what VerifyBee returns, since nothing stands between the check and Mailbluster. If you want only verified addresses on your list, add a Filter after VerifyBee that continues on a valid result. Each booking runs the flow once, and Task History records the VerifyBee response and the Mailbluster result for every run.

- If you also want a record of every booking, add a Google Sheets step after the trigger that writes each booking to a sheet, whether or not the address passes.

Yes, as imported, even when VerifyBee reports a problem with the address. To keep failed addresses off your list, put a Filter right after VerifyBee.
Someone who books twice is already on my Mailbluster list. What happens?
The step creates leads rather than updating them. Make a test booking with an address already on your list and check Task History to see how Mailbluster responds.
Does checking the email with VerifyBee affect the TuCalendi booking?
No. TuCalendi has saved the booking before FlowMattic receives it. The check only affects what you choose to do in the steps that follow.
