What this workflow does

Every booking on your TuCalendi calendar is a person you may want to email later. Moving each one into Mailbluster by hand is slow, and a mistyped address only shows up when your first campaign bounces. This workflow adds each booker as a Mailbluster lead and checks the address on the way.

The TuCalendi trigger starts a run for each booking made on your calendar. FlowMattic sends the booker's email address to Bounceless with the Verify Email action, and the result comes back as data you can map. The last step creates a lead in Mailbluster from the booking details.

The Bounceless result is information only in this template. Every booking reaches Mailbluster whatever Bounceless returns, because no Filter sits between the two steps. If you want only verified addresses on your list, add one, as the tips explain.

Place a Filter between Bounceless and Mailbluster that continues only when the result shows a valid address. Bookings with a failed check then end the run before the lead is created.
Swap that Filter for a Router if you also want failed addresses recorded somewhere, such as a Google Sheets row for manual review.
Make a test booking with your own address after import, so the Bounceless response is captured and you can see the exact value it returns for a good address.

Questions about this workflow

Does Bounceless stop invalid TuCalendi bookers from reaching Mailbluster?

Not as imported. The verification runs, but nothing acts on its result, so every booker becomes a lead. Add a Filter after the Bounceless step to keep failed addresses out.

Is the TuCalendi booking affected by a failed email check?

No. The booking is already made in TuCalendi when the workflow starts. The check only affects what you do with the address in Mailbluster.

What happens if the person books twice?

Each booking starts its own run, so the address is checked again and the Mailbluster step runs again. Task History shows how Mailbluster answered for an address it already has.

Which accounts do I need for this TuCalendi workflow?
