What this workflow does
A Liferay portal produces events that people elsewhere need to know about: new users, content changes, form entries. The portal admin sees them, but the rest of the team plans in Notion and talks in Telegram. This workflow takes the events you choose and puts a record in Notion plus a note in Telegram.
The Liferay trigger, Setup Webhooks, fires for the events you specify when you set up the webhook in Liferay. FlowMattic receives the event data, and the Notion step, Create Page, adds a new page inside the parent page you choose, with a title and content you map from the event. The Telegram step then sends a text message through your bot to the chat you set, and can include event details or information about the new Notion page.
Every event Liferay sends runs both steps once, so the events you subscribe to decide how many pages and messages you get. Task History records each run and what each app returned.

- If one webhook covers several event types, add a Filter after the trigger on the value that names the event type, if Liferay sends one, so only the events you want reach Notion and Telegram.
- Share the parent page in Notion with the FlowMattic connection before mapping, otherwise the Create Page step can't add pages under it.

What if Notion rejects the page for a Liferay event?
The Telegram step still runs, so the team may get a message for an event with no Notion page. Task History shows the Notion error for that run.
