What this workflow does
forms.app collects the answers, but your newsletters and follow-ups go out from Brevo. Without a link between the two, you export responses and import them into Brevo by hand, and new respondents wait for the next batch. This workflow moves each respondent across on its own.
The forms.app trigger fires when a new submission is received for your form. FlowMattic passes the answers to Brevo ( Sendinblue ), where the Create a New Contact action adds the person as a contact. You map the email answer to the contact email, plus any name fields your form asks for.
When you set up the Brevo step, choose the list these respondents should join, then send a test submission and check in Brevo that the contact appears on it. Every submission runs the step, so add a Filter on a consent answer if only people who opted in should be added. Task History keeps a record of each run and of Brevo's response.

- Add a Filter between the two steps that continues only when your forms.app consent question is answered yes. Respondents who didn't opt in are then left out of Brevo.
- Make the email question required in forms.app so every submission reaches Brevo with an address the contact can be created from.
- If two forms.app forms should feed different Brevo lists, keep a separate copy of the workflow for each and choose a different list in each copy's Brevo step.
Questions about this workflow
What if the forms.app respondent is already a Brevo contact?
The step sends a create request and doesn't look the person up first. Brevo's reply for an address it already holds shows in Task History. Test with an existing contact's email to see whether your setup updates that contact or reports an error.
Does forms.app still keep its own copy of each response?
Yes. The workflow only reads new submissions as they arrive. Responses stay in your forms.app account as before, and Brevo gets a contact built from the mapped answers.
Will past forms.app responses be added to Brevo?
No. The trigger only reacts to forms.app responses that arrive once the workflow is switched on. Import older responses into Brevo once by hand if you need them.
Can I send a welcome email from Brevo after the contact is added?
Yes, but not from this workflow. Set up an automation or campaign in Brevo for the list, or add an email step after the Brevo step in FlowMattic.
