What this workflow does
Voiceform collects answers by voice, video or text, and people who take the time to respond are often the ones you want to keep in touch with. If your emails go out from Brevo, each respondent has to be added there before you can follow up. This workflow creates the Brevo contact for each new submission.
The Voiceform trigger starts a run for every response your survey receives. The respondent's answers are passed on to the Brevo ( Sendinblue ) step, which runs Create a New Contact. You map the email answer to the contact's address and add any other details you collect, such as a name.
The workflow can only add people whose form asks for an email address. A voice-only survey with no email question gives Brevo nothing to create the contact from. The step creates contacts and does not update them, so Brevo may refuse an address it already holds. Task History shows the response Brevo returned for each run.

A post-purchase Voiceform asks for spoken feedback and an email. Respondents become Brevo contacts so you can send them the changes made from their feedback.

What if the Voiceform respondent is already a Brevo contact?
The step creates new contacts, so Brevo may reject an email it already has. Task History shows Brevo's reply for that run. Brevo's Update a Contact action exists if you want a separate path for known contacts.
Do Voiceform voice answers reach Brevo?
Only the values Voiceform sends with the submission and that you map into the step. Check the captured data from a test response to see what is available for each question.
Are older Voiceform submissions added to Brevo?
No. Responses recorded before you turn the workflow on never reach Brevo. Earlier respondents need adding to Brevo some other way.
