What this workflow does
Formspark collects submissions from forms on static sites and landing pages. When each submission means work, such as a call back, a quote or a bug to check, a notification email is easy to lose. This workflow turns every submission into a Todoist task, so it sits in the list you already work from.
The Formspark trigger fires when someone submits your form. FlowMattic passes the submitted fields to Todoist, where Create Task adds a new task. You choose what goes in the task content and description by mapping the form fields, for example the sender's name in the title and their message below it.
Every submission makes its own task, with no check for repeats, so a visitor who sends the form twice gives you two tasks. Spam that reaches Formspark would create tasks too, so keep your form's own spam protection on.
