When a form is submitted in Zoho LandingPage, log the lead in a Monday.com team board

What this workflow does
Landing pages bring in leads, but if your sales or project team plans its week in Monday.com, those leads need to be on a board before anyone acts on them. This workflow puts every new form submission there as an item, so the team sees new leads where they already track their work.
The Zoho Landing Page trigger fires when a new lead submits a form on your landing page. The values the lead entered, such as name, email, company or the offer they responded to, come along with the run, and a test submission shows exactly which fields your form sends.
The Monday.com Create Item step then adds a new item to a board. It ships unmapped: after import you connect Monday.com, choose the board and map the lead's details, typically the name as the item name and the email, phone or source into matching columns. Adding a column for the landing page name helps when several pages feed the same board.
Every submission creates a new item, so a person who fills in the form twice appears twice. Check Task History after your first live lead to confirm the item and its column values look right.
Sales board fed by campaign landing pages
A B2B marketing team runs several Zoho LandingPage campaigns, and every lead lands on the sales team's Monday.com board with the campaign in its own column.
Project enquiries for an agency
An agency's landing page enquiry form creates a Monday.com item for each prospect, so the account lead can assign a follow-up owner the same day.
Event interest tracked on a board
An events company collects interest through a Zoho landing page, and the organisers work the list of interested people on a Monday.com board.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Zoho Landing Page New Form SubmissionFires when a new lead submits a form on your Zoho LandingPage. The submitted fields are passed on to Monday.com; submit a test entry to see which values your form provides.
Monday.com Create ItemAdds one item per lead to a Monday.com board of your choice. Nothing is mapped in the template, so pick the board, set the item name from the lead and map other answers into columns.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Zoho Landing Page AccountAccount
- Monday.com AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Map the landing page or campaign name into a text column, so the team can tell which page each lead came from.
- Type a fixed value such as "New lead" into a status column in the Create Item step, so the board shows which leads nobody has contacted yet.
- Put a Filter between the Zoho Landing Page trigger and the Create Item step on a form answer, such as company size, if only some leads belong on this board. Set the field to one your form actually has.
Questions about this workflow
Which Monday.com board do Zoho LandingPage leads go to?
Whichever board you select when you set up the Create Item step. Every submission from the connected landing page creates an item there.
What if the same lead submits my Zoho landing page form twice?
Two items are created, one per submission. The template doesn't check Monday.com for an existing item first.
Do I need a Zoho LandingPage account to use this?
Yes, along with a Monday.com account. The trigger connects to your Zoho LandingPage form, and the action needs access to the board where items are created.
