What this workflow does
Marketing teams that plan popups on a Monday.com board often find the board out of date once the designs change in Brizy Cloud. This workflow keeps the item name in step with the popup: edit the popup, and the matching item on your board is renamed.
The Brizy Cloud trigger fires when a popup or alert is updated. The data Brizy Cloud sends about it, such as its ID and title, becomes available to map.
Next, Monday.com Get Item by Column Value searches a board for the item whose column holds a value you map from the popup, for example a column where you store each popup's ID. Then Update Item Name renames the item it found. Both steps ship unmapped: after import, pick the board and column, map the popup value to search for, and map the found item and the new name into the update step.
Only the item's name changes. Other columns, such as status or dates, stay as they are. Every save of a popup starts a run, so the item is renamed each time, even when the title didn't change.

Questions about this workflow
Does the workflow update anything besides the Monday.com item name?
No. The last step is Update Item Name, so only the item's name changes. Status, owner and date columns stay as they are.
How does it know which Monday.com item belongs to the Brizy popup?
Through the column you search in Get Item by Column Value. Store something unique from the popup there, such as its ID, and map the same field from the trigger.
What happens if no Monday.com item matches the popup?
The search finds nothing, so the rename has no item to work on. Task History shows what each step returned; a Filter on the search result, placed between Get Item by Column Value and Update Item Name, stops those runs cleanly.
Does editing a Brizy Cloud page or story trigger this too?
No. This trigger is only for popups and alerts. Brizy Cloud has separate triggers for pages, posts and stories if you want to track those.
