What this workflow does

Ko-fi tips add up, and creators often want their own record of them: for thanking supporters, for tax paperwork or for seeing which months brought in the most. This workflow writes each single donation to a spreadsheet you control.

The Ko-fi trigger, Single Donation, fires when someone makes a one-off donation on your page. FlowMattic sends the details to Google Sheets, and Add New Row writes them to the sheet you choose. You decide which donation fields fill which columns.

Monthly memberships and shop orders are separate Ko-fi triggers, so they are not logged here. If you want them in the same sheet, build a matching workflow for each. Every donation run appears in Task History with the data Ko-fi sent.

A thank-you list for supporters

Get one donation event through before mapping, either a small donation of your own or a test event from Ko-fi, so FlowMattic has the fields to show you.
Copy the workflow and switch its trigger to First Payment of Monthly Subscription to keep memberships in a second tab.
Add a column with a fixed value such as Single Donation in the mapping. If you later log other Ko-fi events to the same sheet, you can still tell them apart.

Questions about this workflow

Are Ko-fi memberships logged too?

No. This template uses Single Donation only. Ko-fi's First Payment of Monthly Subscription and Subsequent Payment for Membership Tier triggers cover memberships in their own workflows.

Are past Ko-fi donations added to the sheet?

No. Only donations made after the workflow is on reach Google Sheets.

Will private Ko-fi messages show in the sheet?

Whatever Ko-fi includes in the donation event can be mapped. Check a test run to see which fields arrive, and leave out any column you don't want shared.

Does a Ko-fi refund remove the donation row?

No. The workflow only adds rows when a donation arrives and has no step that edits or deletes them. Any refunded donation stays in the sheet until you note or remove it by hand.
