People are more likely to read a booking confirmation in WhatsApp than to find it in an inbox. This workflow sends one from your WhatsApp business number every time someone books through Book Like a Boss.
The trigger fires when a new booking is created and passes the booking details on, such as the customer's name, phone number and appointment time. Rescheduled and cancelled bookings are separate triggers, so they don't send this message.
The WhatsApp by WA.Team step sends a template message. WhatsApp requires an approved template for messages to people who haven't written to you in the last 24 hours, which is usually the case for a new booking, so a template is the right choice here. Create and get the template approved first, then pick it in the step.
