What this workflow does
AidaForm collects the responses, and Mailbluster sends your newsletters. Moving people between the two by hand means exporting responses, cleaning the file and importing it, and anyone who signed up in between waits for your next batch. This workflow adds each person as their response comes in.
The AidaForm trigger fires when a new form response is submitted. FlowMattic takes the answers and sends them to Mailbluster, where the Create a New Lead action adds the person to your list. Mailbluster calls its subscribers leads, so the new lead is the subscriber the title refers to. You map the form's email answer, plus any name fields, into the lead.
Nothing checks consent or filters responses as imported, so every submission is sent to Mailbluster. If your form mixes sign-ups with other enquiries, add a condition first. Task History shows each run and Mailbluster's reply.

What happens if the AidaForm respondent is already a Mailbluster lead?
The step creates a lead and doesn't check your list first. Mailbluster decides how to handle an address it already has; Task History shows its reply so you can see what happened.
Why does the step say lead and not subscriber?
Mailbluster uses the word lead for the people on your list. Create a New Lead is the action that adds someone, so it does what the title describes.
Do earlier AidaForm responses get added to Mailbluster?
No. Only responses submitted after you switch the workflow on are sent. Import earlier respondents into Mailbluster separately if you want them.
