When new form submission is received in Elementor Pro Form, create a new user in WordPress, and add a new subscriber in Sendinblue
One Elementor Pro form submission does two jobs here: FlowMattic creates a WordPress user account from the answers, then adds the same person to Brevo (Sendinblue) as a contact for your emails.

What this workflow does
A sign-up form on an Elementor page often needs to do more than send an email. You want the person to have an account on your site, and you want them in the list you send campaigns from. This workflow handles both from a single submission.
Each sign-up sent through your Elementor Pro form starts the Elementor trigger. FlowMattic then runs the WordPress New User action, which creates a user on your site from the answers you map. Last, the details go to Brevo ( Sendinblue ), where Create a New Contact adds the person to your account.
A repeat submission from the same person doesn't create a second user: the New User step returns the ID of the account that already has that email. Task History shows which ID came back. Test with a fresh address and with one already on your site before you go live.
Free membership sign-up page
An Elementor landing page offers a free account. Each sign-up gets a WordPress login and joins the Brevo list you use for member news.
Course or community registration
Students register through an Elementor form, receive a site account for the content area, and are added to Brevo for course announcements.
Client portal access requests
A business collects portal requests with Elementor, creates the WordPress user straight away, and keeps the client in Brevo for service updates.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Elementor New Form SubmissionFires when a visitor submits an Elementor Pro form on your site. Every answer in that form becomes available to the WordPress and Brevo steps.
WordPress New UserCreates a new WordPress user on your site from the submitted answers. Map the email address and the other user details you collect, then send a test entry to check the account it creates.
Brevo ( Sendinblue ) Create a New ContactAdds the person to Brevo ( Sendinblue ) as a new contact. Map the form's email field and any other answers you want stored, and connect your Brevo account.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Elementor PluginPlugin
- Brevo ( Sendinblue ) AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add a Filter between the WordPress step and the Brevo step that continues only when your consent checkbox is ticked, if people should reach Brevo only with permission. Accounts are still created for everyone.
- If the site uses one Elementor form for several purposes, put a Filter between the Elementor trigger and the WordPress step on a hidden field or form value, so only the sign-up form creates accounts.
- Submit a test entry after import so FlowMattic captures the form fields, then map them in both actions and check the new user in WordPress and the contact in Brevo.
Questions about this workflow
What happens if the Elementor form email already has a WordPress account?
No second user is made. The step finds the account registered with that email and reports its user ID as the result; you can read it on the WordPress step in Task History.
What if the person is already a Brevo contact?
Brevo may refuse to create a contact whose email already exists. Task History shows the response from the Brevo step, so test with a known contact to see how your account handles it.
Does this Elementor sign-up workflow work with free Elementor?
No. Elementor forms are part of Elementor Pro, so the trigger needs Elementor Pro active on the same WordPress site as FlowMattic.
Which role do new WordPress users created from the Elementor form get?
Check the account a test submission creates in your WordPress Users screen. Confirm its role there before you share the form, and adjust the New User step if it is not the one you want.
