What this workflow does
Avada Forms collect enquiries, quote requests and sign-ups on sites built with the Avada theme, but the entries don't become CRM contacts on their own. If you run your email marketing in FluentCRM, this workflow turns each submission into a contact so you can tag, segment and email them from there.
A run begins with the Avada Forms trigger, each time someone sends one of your Avada forms. Both Avada and FluentCRM run inside your WordPress site, so no outside accounts are involved. The submitted answers are passed to the next step.
Those answers then reach Create or Update Contact in FluentCRM. It matches on email address: a new address becomes a new contact, and an address FluentCRM already holds is updated with the values you map. The step ships unmapped, so after import you map the form's email field, plus name, phone or any other answers you want stored.
Every submission runs the workflow, including repeat entries from the same person, which simply refresh their contact. Submit a test entry and check Task History to see what Avada sent and what FluentCRM did with it.
Quote requests into a sales pipeline
A contractor's Avada quote form adds each enquirer to FluentCRM, where an automation tags them by service and sends a follow-up email.
Newsletter sign-up in the footer
A blog uses a short Avada form for newsletter sign-ups, and every address goes straight into FluentCRM for the weekly campaign.
Event interest list
A venue collects interest for upcoming events through an Avada form and keeps the people in FluentCRM to announce ticket sales.

What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Avada Forms PluginPlugin
- FluentCRM PluginPlugin
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Add FluentCRM's Add Tags to Contact step after Create or Update Contact to tag people by the form they used, so you can tell quote requests from newsletter sign-ups.
- Put a Filter between the Avada Forms trigger and the FluentCRM step that checks a consent checkbox on your form, so only people who agreed become contacts. Pick that checkbox when you set up the Filter.
- Add FluentCRM's Add Lists to Contact step after the contact step to place each person on the list your campaigns go to.
Questions about this workflow
What if the Avada form sender is already a FluentCRM contact?
Create or Update Contact matches by email, so the existing contact is updated with the values you map instead of a duplicate being created.
Which Avada form answers become contact fields?
Only the ones you map. The step ships empty, so match at least the email field, and add name, phone or custom fields as needed.
Do I need a FluentCRM or Avada account outside WordPress?
No. Both are WordPress plugins or theme features on your own site, so the workflow runs without connecting any outside service.
