When a new form submission received in Unbounce, create a new user in WordPress, and a customer in Pabbly Subscriptions
Each Unbounce form submission creates a WordPress user account for the visitor and adds them as a customer in Pabbly Subscriptions, ready for a membership, course or plan you sell there.

What this workflow does
When an Unbounce landing page is the front door to a paid service, the people who sign up usually need two things: a login on your WordPress site and a customer record in your billing tool. Doing both by hand for every sign-up is slow and easy to forget. Here, the form entry itself sets up both records.
The Unbounce trigger starts a run for each new form submission on your landing page. The WordPress New User step then creates an account on your site from the details in the form, such as the email address and name.
Last, the Pabbly Subscriptions step creates a new customer with the same details, so you can attach a subscription or send an invoice there later. It doesn't start a subscription by itself.
Neither the WordPress step nor the Pabbly step has mapping yet. After import you map the email, first name and last name from the Unbounce form into each one, and decide how the WordPress account gets its username and role. If the email already belongs to a WordPress account, no second account is made; Task History shows the user ID the step returned and Pabbly's reply.
Free trial sign-ups
A software company runs a trial offer on an Unbounce page. Each sign-up gets a WordPress login for the member area and a Pabbly customer record for when the trial converts.
Course pre-registration
A course creator collects pre-registrations on a landing page, creating accounts on the WordPress course site and customers in Pabbly before the paid launch.
Consulting retainer leads
A consultant's Unbounce form for retainer enquiries gives each prospect a client portal login on WordPress and a Pabbly customer entry for billing once they agree.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Unbounce New Form SubmissionStarts the workflow when a visitor submits the form on your Unbounce landing page. The form's fields are passed on to WordPress and Pabbly Subscriptions.
WordPress New UserCreates a WordPress user from the form. The step ships unmapped: map the email and name from Unbounce and set how the username and role are filled before you go live.
Pabbly Subscriptions Create CustomerAdds the visitor as a new customer in Pabbly Subscriptions. Map the email and name from the Unbounce form after import; the template leaves this step empty too.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Unbounce AccountAccount
- Pabbly Subscriptions AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Give new accounts a low-access role such as subscriber, and upgrade it later when the person pays.
- If your Unbounce page asks for a phone number or company, map those into the Pabbly customer step so billing has the full record.
- Add a Pabbly Subscriptions Create Subscription step after Create Customer if every sign-up should start on a plan, such as a free trial plan.
Questions about this workflow
What if the Unbounce visitor already has a WordPress account?
WordPress won't create a second account for an email that is already registered, and the step reports the existing user's ID instead. If you map a role, that existing account gets the role too.
Does this start a subscription in Pabbly?
No. Create Customer only adds the customer record. Add Pabbly's Create Subscription action after it if you want each sign-up placed on a plan.
How does the new WordPress user log in?
It comes down to the password and notification choices you make when configuring New User. Check a test run to see what the account received, and consider sending a password reset link or welcome email from your site.
