Connect Myfundbox and Google Sheets

Myfundbox collects payments through hosted pages and payment links. FlowMattic writes each Myfundbox payment into Google Sheets from your WordPress site, so a bookkeeper or business owner has a payment record to reconcile, monthly tabs for reporting and a running total per customer, without downloading statements.

Myfundbox and Google Sheets workflows you can build

Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Log every new Myfundbox payment

Each payment becomes a row with the payer, amount, description and date, a ledger you can match against payouts at the end of the week.

File payments into a tab for each month

Date/Time Formatter turns the payment date into a month name used as the sheet name, so monthly totals start from their own tab.

Keep one row per customer with their latest payment

Look up the payer's email. A Router updates their row with the latest amount and date, or adds a row for a first-time payer, so returning customers are easy to spot.

A Filter passes payments above an amount you choose, and they are added to a Review tab so the owner checks them before goods ship.

Log the payment and send your own receipt

Once the row is written, an Email (SMTP) step sends the payer a thank-you note from your domain, with the details pulled from the same payment.

Set up: each payment as a row

At the end, every Myfundbox payment is added to your Google Sheet as one row.

  1. Prepare the sheet

Add a header row such as Date, Payer, Email, Description, Amount and Payment ID.

  2. Connect Google Sheets

Under Connects, add a Google Sheets connection with an account that can edit the spreadsheet.

  3. Start with Payment Created

Create a workflow with the Myfundbox Payment Created trigger, follow its setup instructions and make a small test payment so FlowMattic captures the data.

  4. Add New Row

Add Google Sheets Add New Row, map the payment fields to your columns, test the step and switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair

A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.

Good to know

  • Payment Created fires when a payment is done. If you refund a payment in Myfundbox, mark it in the sheet as well so the monthly totals stay right.
  • Recurring payments create a row each time they are collected. Use the one-row-per-customer example if you want a single line per payer.
  • The mapping above is an example. Check the fields captured from your test payment before mapping.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic

Myfundbox and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.

Payment data stays on your server

Payer details pass from Myfundbox through your own WordPress site to the sheet, not through another company's automation account.

More payments, same price

Runs are unlimited, so a month with many recurring collections needs no bigger plan than a slow one.

Bookkeeping starts from the sheet

Monthly tabs and per-customer totals give your bookkeeper what they need without exporting statements from the payment dashboard.

Common questions

How do I send Myfundbox payments to Google Sheets?

Create a workflow with the Payment Created trigger, make a test payment so FlowMattic captures the fields, then add Add New Row and map each field to a column.

Can I split payments by month?

Yes. Add a Date/Time Formatter step that turns the payment date into a month name, and use it as the sheet name in Add New Row. Create each month's tab ahead or with Create New Sheet.

Can I see how much each customer has paid?

Yes. Keep every payment on the main tab and add a SUMIF formula by email on a summary tab. For a quick view, the one-row-per-customer workflow keeps each payer's latest payment and date.

Can I send a receipt from my own email address?

Yes. Add an Email (SMTP) step after the row is written. It sends through your own mail server, so the receipt comes from your domain.
