DIDWW gives you virtual numbers in many countries, and every inbound text or call on them is an event. FlowMattic logs those SMS and voice events in Google Sheets, so a business with numbers abroad can read customer replies, record opt-outs and keep a call register per number without building its own receiver for DIDWW's callbacks.

1. TriggerReceive SMS IN

When DIDWW fires Receive SMS IN, FlowMattic runs Add New Row in Google Sheets with the data from that event.
You build this in the FlowMattic workflow builder on your own site. See the setup steps
DIDWW and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Log every inbound DIDWW SMS in a sheet
Each text received on a DIDWW number adds a row with the sender, the number it reached, the message and the time, so replies to campaigns are kept in one readable place.
A Filter passes messages that contain your opt-out keyword. The sender is found in your contact sheet and a cell is set to opted out, so the next send can skip them.
Receive SMS IN→Filter→Lookup Row Data→Update Cell Data
Attach replies to the customer's existing row
Search the sender's number in your customer sheet. Known customers get their latest reply written into their row, unknown numbers are added as new rows for someone to identify.
Receive SMS IN→Lookup Row Data→Router→Update Row→Add New Row
Keep a register of inbound calls
Each inbound call event is logged with the caller, the DIDWW number dialled and the time, which shows which numbers and countries actually bring in calls.
Receive Voice IN Call Event→Add New Row
Give each outbound number its own tab
A Router reads the number used for each outbound call and writes it to that number's tab, so each country team can review its own calling activity.
Receive Voice OUT Call Event→Router→Add New Row
Label each text with an AI step before logging
An AI Agent reads the message and returns a label such as booking, complaint or question, written beside the text, so the team can sort replies in any language by intent.

Triggers and actions in this pair
A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.
Good to know
Each DIDWW number must send its SMS or call events to the workflow's URL. Numbers left pointing elsewhere will not reach the sheet.
Check the number format in your test data, usually international. Store your contact sheet's numbers the same way, or clean them with Text Formatter, so lookups match.
These workflows record what DIDWW receives. Writing to the sheet does not send an SMS or place a call.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
DIDWW and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
One log for numbers in many countries
Texts and calls from every DIDWW number land in a single spreadsheet, filtered by number or country as you need.
Messages stay on your server
Customer texts go from DIDWW through your own WordPress site to Google, not through another automation account.
High message volume, same cost
Runs are unlimited, so a campaign that brings in thousands of replies costs nothing more to log.
Common questions
Can I log both SMS and calls from DIDWW?
Yes. Receive SMS IN, Receive Voice IN Call Event and Receive Voice OUT Call Event are separate triggers. Build one workflow for each and write them to separate tabs.
How do I handle STOP replies?
Filter inbound messages for your opt-out word, look the sender up in your contact sheet with Lookup Row Data and set an opted-out cell with Update Cell Data.
Can each DIDWW number have its own sheet?
Yes. Route on the destination number inside one workflow, or give each number its own workflow and URL if the teams are separate.
Can I report calls by country?
Yes. Each DIDWW number belongs to a country, so a Lookup Table can turn the number that was called into a country name before Add New Row. A pivot table then counts calls per country.
