Form fields depend on the form on each funnel page, so the mapping is an example. Use the same field names across funnels to keep one set of columns.
The Bought column only works if the buyer uses the same email at checkout as at optin. Expect a few purchases with no matching optin row.

Can I log FlexiFunnels optins and purchases in the same spreadsheet?

Yes. Use one workflow for New Form Submission writing to an Optins tab and one for New Purchase writing to a Sales tab, both in the same spreadsheet.

How do I see conversion per funnel?

Log the funnel name with each optin, then mark buyers with Lookup Row Data and Update Row from New Purchase. A COUNTIFS on funnel and the Bought column gives the rate.

Can each funnel write to a different sheet?

Yes. Put a Router after the trigger with a path per funnel, each running Add New Row on its own spreadsheet or tab.

Will the same person appear twice if they opt in on two funnels?

Yes, one row per submission. That is often useful for seeing which funnels a person went through. If you want one row per person, look up the email first and update instead.
