On the Yes path (condition met) — Slack — post or Schedule a new message to a specific #channel. Data is mapped from earlier steps; connect your Slack account on import.

On the No path (otherwise) — FluentCRM — creates a new contact or updates an existing contact in FluentCRM based on email address. Data is mapped from earlier steps; connect your FluentCRM account on import.
