What this workflow does
Privy collects email addresses from pop-ups and sign-up forms on your store. If your email campaigns run from FluentCRM, those addresses need to get there. Exporting from Privy and importing by hand leaves a delay and a chore. This workflow sends each signup across as it happens.
The Privy trigger starts a run each time someone signs up through one of your Privy forms. FlowMattic takes the signup details and passes them to FluentCRM. Create or Update Contact matches on email address: a new address becomes a new contact, and an address already in FluentCRM updates that contact instead.
Because FluentCRM is a WordPress plugin, each Privy lead is saved in your own site's database. From there you can send campaigns or start automations in FluentCRM as you normally would. Each Privy-to-FluentCRM run is listed in Task History.
Discount pop-up sign-ups

Not with this workflow. It uses the Signup(s) trigger. Privy's Order(s) trigger is separate and would need its own workflow.
Must FluentCRM be installed where FlowMattic runs for Privy signups to arrive?
Yes. FluentCRM is a WordPress plugin, and FlowMattic works with it on the site where both are installed.
Are past Privy signups imported?
No. Only signups that happen after you turn on the workflow reach FluentCRM. Bring older ones in with FluentCRM's own import.
