What this workflow does
You may want Reclaim AI meetings copied onto a separate Google Calendar, such as a shared team calendar or one your assistant watches. This workflow creates an event there whenever your scheduling links see activity.
The Reclaim AI trigger fires when a meeting is booked, rescheduled or cancelled through a Reclaim scheduling link. FlowMattic passes that activity to Google Calendar, whose Create Detailed Event action adds a new event. You map the meeting details from the Reclaim data, such as its title and times.
Read this before you switch it on. As imported, every kind of activity creates an event, including reschedules and cancellations. A cancelled meeting would add another event rather than removing one. Most people will want a Filter after the trigger so only bookings create events, as the first tip describes.
