What this workflow does

Writers, students and clients often want a second opinion on a draft before a human editor reads it. Collecting drafts through a form and pasting them into an AI tool one at a time is slow, and the answers end up scattered across chats. This workflow takes each draft from a form, asks an AI model for feedback and files the result in Notion.

The Gravity Forms trigger starts the run on each entry to your form, for example one with a field for the copy and one for the goal of the piece. The Straico step uses Generate Content: you write the prompt, map the submitted copy into it and select the model that should answer. The Notion step then creates a page inside a parent page you choose, holding the AI's response and any form values you map.

The quality and tone of the feedback depend on your prompt and the model you select. Every submission runs all three steps, so each draft gets its own Notion page. Task History shows what was sent to Straico and what came back.
