What this workflow does
Some people want a daily look at what is on your site without visiting it: a client, an editor, a manager. Writing that email by hand every morning is a chore. This workflow sends it on a schedule.
The Schedule trigger runs the workflow once a day. Next, the WordPress step retrieves the posts of one post type, such as posts or pages, from your site. Those results become data you can map. Finally, the Gmail step sends an email from your Google account, with the recipient, subject and body you write, including the post values you insert.
The WordPress step gets posts of that type, not only the ones published since yesterday, so the email reflects what the step returns on each run. Run a test to see what comes back before you write the message. Task History shows each daily run and the email Gmail sent.

Questions about this workflow
Does the daily Gmail email include only newly published WordPress posts?
Not as imported. The step retrieves posts of the chosen type, not just those published since the last run. Check a test run to see what it returns and adjust the email to suit.
Can the daily WordPress email go to several people?
The Gmail step sends to the recipient you enter. Add more addresses there if the step accepts them, or add another Gmail step for a second reader.
Is the email sent from my own Gmail address?
Yes. It goes out through the Google account you connect in the Gmail step, so recipients see that address as the sender.
