When a form is submitted on Zoho Forms, create a new user in WordPress, and add a new subscriber in Brevo (Sendinblue)
Each Zoho Forms submission creates a user on your WordPress site and then adds the same person to Brevo as a contact, so one form handles both the account and your email list.

What this workflow does
When a form doubles as a registration, two jobs follow every entry: the person needs a site account, and they belong on your mailing list. Doing both by hand from Zoho Forms entries takes time and invites typos. This workflow does them in order for each submission.
The Zoho Forms trigger starts the run as soon as someone sends your Zoho form. The answers, such as name and email, are passed to FlowMattic. The WordPress step then uses New User to create an account on the site where FlowMattic runs, from the fields you map.
The last step sends the person to Brevo with Create a New Contact, using the same form answers. If that email already has an account, WordPress doesn't create another; the step returns the existing user's ID. Task History shows the result of each step for every run.
Online course registration
Students register through a Zoho Forms form. They get a WordPress account for the course area and are added to Brevo for course announcements.
Member sign-up for a club or association
New members fill in a Zoho form on your site. Each one gets a members-area login and joins the Brevo contacts you send newsletters to.
Customer portal access requests
Clients ask for portal access through a Zoho form. The workflow creates their WordPress user and adds them to Brevo for service updates.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Zoho Forms New Form SubmittedStarts a run for every entry your Zoho Forms form receives. The answers are passed on to both later steps. Send one test registration after import to capture the fields.
WordPress New UserCreates a user on your WordPress site from the form answers. Map the email and name fields, then check after a test run which role the new account gets.
Brevo ( Sendinblue ) Create a New ContactAdds the person to Brevo as a new contact using the same form answers. Map the email and any attributes you keep, then confirm the contact appears in Brevo after a test.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Zoho Forms AccountAccount
- Brevo ( Sendinblue ) AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Make the email field required in your Zoho form. Both the WordPress user and the Brevo contact rely on an email address.
- Add a Filter between the Zoho Forms trigger and the WordPress step that continues only when a consent field is ticked, if your form asks for one, so only people who agreed are added to Brevo and given accounts.
- Tell new users how to sign in, for example in the form's thank-you message or a Brevo welcome email, and test what a new account receives before going live.
Questions about this workflow
Will Zoho Forms entrants who already have a WordPress login get a second account?
No. WordPress won't create a second user for an email it already holds, so the New User step returns the ID of their current account, and Task History shows that ID on the WordPress step.
What does Brevo do with a form entrant it already lists as a contact?
The step creates a new contact, so Brevo may refuse an email it already holds. You'll find Brevo's reply on that step in Task History.
Do I need a separate account for the WordPress step?
No. The New User step creates the account on the WordPress site where FlowMattic is installed. You connect your Zoho Forms and Brevo accounts for the other two steps.
