What this workflow does
A short spoken message feels more personal than one more line of email text. Recording one for every new subscriber by hand is not realistic. This workflow hands that job to Hume AI each time FluentCRM gains a contact.
The FluentCRM trigger fires when a new contact is created in your CRM, whether it came from a form, an import or manual entry. The contact's details come into FlowMattic. The Hume AI step then converts text to speech and returns the result as a file, using the text you write, which can include the contact's name or other fields.
As imported, the workflow stops once the audio is made. Nothing sends it to the contact, saves it to a folder or links it in FluentCRM. Add a step after Hume AI that uses the file, such as an email to the contact or a row in a sheet, before you rely on it. Task History shows each run and what Hume AI returned.

Every newly created contact, however it was added. Contacts that already exist and are only updated do not start a run.
Can I choose the voice Hume AI uses?
Open the Hume AI step after import to see the options it offers. Hume AI also has a Create Voice action in FlowMattic if you want to set up a voice of your own.
