When a new email is parsed (per email) in Mailparser, create a new subscriber in Mailbluster
Each email that Mailparser parses in your inbox sends its extracted details to Mailbluster, which creates a new lead from them, so people who reach you by email end up on your mailing list.

What this workflow does
Some sign-ups never touch a form on your site. They arrive as emails: a notification from a marketplace, a contact request relayed by another tool, an order confirmation from a partner. Mailparser can read those messages and pull out the name and address, and this workflow takes the result into Mailbluster as a lead.
The Mailparser trigger fires when a new email is parsed in your inbox, with one request per email. FlowMattic passes the extracted values to Mailbluster, where Create a New Lead adds the person using the details you map. The quality of the lead depends on your Mailparser rules, so set those up before you connect the workflow.
Every parsed email runs both steps, since nothing filters them. If an email has no address in it, or Mailbluster declines the lead, Task History shows the response for that run.
Marketplace enquiry emails
A seller on an online marketplace receives buyer enquiries by email. Mailparser extracts each buyer's name and address, and Mailbluster adds them as leads for future offers.
Relayed contact requests
A website builder you don't control emails you each contact request. Parsing those emails turns each sender into a Mailbluster lead without exporting anything.
Partner referrals by email
A partner emails one referral at a time. Each message is parsed and the referred person is added to Mailbluster for your welcome campaign.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Mailparser New Email Parsed (Per Email)Fires when Mailparser finishes parsing a new email in your inbox, sending one request per email. The values your parsing rules extract are passed on for mapping.
Mailbluster Create a New LeadAdds a lead to your Mailbluster account from the parsed values you map. Connect Mailbluster, then use a test email to check which lead details the step takes.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Mailparser AccountAccount
- Mailbluster AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Forward a real sample email to your Mailparser inbox after setting your parsing rules, so FlowMattic has actual values to map into the Mailbluster step.
- Add a Filter after the trigger that continues only when the parsed email address is not empty, so emails your rules couldn't read don't reach Mailbluster.
- If one email can list several people in a table, switch to Mailparser's New Email Parsed (Per Row) trigger so each row becomes its own lead.
Questions about this workflow
Does one Mailparser email ever create more than one Mailbluster lead?
No. This trigger sends one request per parsed email, so each email creates at most one lead. Use the Per Row trigger if your emails contain lists of people.
What happens when a parsed sender already exists in my Mailbluster account?
This template doesn't check first. Mailbluster decides what to do with an address it already holds, and Task History shows its response, so test with a known address.
Does FlowMattic read my email account for this Mailparser workflow?
No. You forward or send emails to your Mailparser inbox. Mailparser does the parsing and sends the results to FlowMattic.
