What this workflow does
Voiceform lets people answer by speaking, recording video or typing, which gives you richer feedback than a plain form. The responses still need a home where someone owns them. When your team plans in Monday.com, the natural place is a board. With this workflow, every response turns into an item on that board.
The Voiceform trigger fires when a new response is submitted to your voiceform. FlowMattic receives the submission data and passes it to Monday.com, where the Create Item action adds a new item to the board you choose. Map a short answer, such as the respondent's name, to the item name, and place other answers wherever the step lets you.
Every submission becomes one item, with no filtering. The workflow creates items only; it does not update them later or send anything back to Voiceform. Submit a test response after import to see which values Voiceform sends, since that decides what you can put on the item.
