What this workflow does
A form that feeds your mailing list also collects typos and made-up addresses. Sending to them later means bounces and a messier list. This workflow asks Reoon Email Verifier about each address as it arrives, then puts the person in FluentCRM, with the result there for you to act on.
When a visitor submits a Fluent Forms form, FlowMattic sends the email field to Reoon Email Verifier. Its Verify Email action offers a quick mode and a slower deep mode, and returns a result you can map. Then FluentCRM runs Create or Update Contact, which matches by email: a new address becomes a contact, and a known one is updated.
Be clear on one point: no step reads the Reoon result before FluentCRM. As imported, every submission reaches FluentCRM, valid or not. Put a Filter between the two steps if only verified addresses should be added.

Are invalid emails kept out of FluentCRM?
Not as imported. Reoon checks the address, but nothing acts on the result, so every submission is added or updated. Add a Filter on Reoon's status before the FluentCRM step.
What happens when a Fluent Forms email already belongs to a FluentCRM contact?
Create or Update Contact matches by email, so the existing contact is updated with the mapped fields instead of being duplicated. Blank fields in a later entry can overwrite saved values, so map only fields the form always fills.
Should I use quick or deep mode in Reoon?
Reoon's quick mode answers fast, while deep mode checks more thoroughly and can take up to about two minutes. Pick based on how long you can wait for the contact to appear.
Is a Reoon account needed to check the Fluent Forms emails?
Yes. The verification runs through your Reoon account, which you connect in the second step after import.
