When new form submission is received in AidaForm, create a new user in WordPress, and add a new subscriber in Sendinblue
One AidaForm response creates a user account on your WordPress site and then adds the same person as a contact in Brevo (Sendinblue), so a single form signs people up to your site and your email list.

What this workflow does
When a form is your sign-up page, each person usually needs two things: an account on your WordPress site and a place on your email list. Doing both by hand from the form responses is slow, and one of them tends to get missed. This workflow handles the pair from one submission.
The AidaForm trigger, New Response, starts a run with every answer as soon as a response is sent. The WordPress step, New User, then creates a user on your site from the details you map. After that, the Brevo (Sendinblue) step, Create a New Contact, adds the same person to your Brevo account.
A repeat submission with an email that already has an account doesn't create a second user; the WordPress step returns the existing user's ID. Task History shows each step's result for every response.
Membership sign-up form
New members fill in an AidaForm application. They get a WordPress account for the members' area and land in Brevo for your member newsletter.
Free course registration
Learners register through a form, receive a site account for the course pages, and join the Brevo contact list you use for lesson reminders.
Client portal onboarding
A new client completes an onboarding form, and both their portal login and their place on your client updates list are created together.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
AidaForm New ResponsePicks up each completed AidaForm response. Each answer is passed on so you can map it into the WordPress user and the Brevo contact.
WordPress New UserRegisters the respondent as a WordPress user on your site. Map the respondent's email and name from the form, and check with a test response that the account is set up the way you want.
Brevo ( Sendinblue ) Create a New ContactAdds the respondent to your Brevo account as a new contact. Map the email and any name fields from AidaForm, and connect Brevo when you import the workflow.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- AidaForm AccountAccount
- Brevo ( Sendinblue ) AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- Make the email question required in AidaForm, since both the WordPress user and the Brevo contact depend on it.
- Add a Filter between the AidaForm trigger and the WordPress step that continues only when a consent question is answered yes, so people who didn't agree aren't added to Brevo or given an account.
- Submit a test response after import, then check Users in WordPress and Contacts in Brevo to confirm the mapped details arrived.
Questions about this workflow
What if the AidaForm respondent already has a WordPress account?
Because WordPress allows one account per email address, no new user is made for them. The step returns the ID of their existing account, and Task History records it.
What if the AidaForm respondent is already in my Brevo contacts?
Create a New Contact is meant for new people, so Brevo may return an error for an address it already holds. Task History shows what Brevo answered on that run.
Does the new WordPress user get a role on my site?
That depends on how you set up the New User step after import. Run a test response and check the new account's role in WordPress before going live.
Can I add the AidaForm respondent to a specific Brevo list?
Check the options the Create a New Contact step offers after import. If a list choice is there, pick it before you turn the workflow on.
