When new form submission is received in Avada Form, create a new user in WordPress, and add a new subscriber in Sendinblue
Each Avada form submission creates a WordPress user account for the person and adds them as a new contact in Brevo (Sendinblue), from the fields you map.

What this workflow does
A registration form built with Avada can do more than send you an email. With this workflow, each person who fills it in gets a login on your WordPress site and lands in Brevo, so you can email them from the same moment they sign up.
The Avada Forms trigger runs on every new submission and passes the form fields along. The WordPress New User step then registers an account. Map the email and a username from the form, and a role if your site uses one for these people. An email that is already registered doesn't produce a second account: WordPress keeps the original, the step reports that user's ID, and a mapped role is added to it.
The last step creates a contact in Brevo (Sendinblue). It also ships unmapped, so after import connect your Brevo account and map the email and name from the form.
Every submission of every Avada form on the site runs the workflow. Test with a fresh email and with one that already has an account, and compare the runs in Task History.
Member sign-up on an Avada site
A club's website, built with Avada, uses a join form that creates the member's WordPress login and adds them to Brevo for meeting reminders.
Course registration
A tutor's registration form gives each student a site account for the lesson pages and puts them in Brevo for weekly lesson emails.
Customer portal access
A service business asks new clients to register through an Avada form, giving them portal access in WordPress and a contact record in Brevo.
How this workflow runs
What happens at each step once the workflow is on, and what you need before you import it.
Avada Forms New Form SubmissionFires when a form built with Avada's form builder is submitted. All submitted fields become available for the WordPress and Brevo steps.
WordPress New UserRegisters a WordPress account from the form data. Map the email, a username and, if needed, a role. For an email already on the site, the step returns that user's ID instead of making a duplicate.
Brevo ( Sendinblue ) Create a New ContactCreates a Brevo contact from the same submission. After import, connect Brevo and map the email and name from the Avada form, then run a test to see what Brevo returns.
What you need
- FlowMatticCore
- Avada Forms PluginPlugin
- Brevo ( Sendinblue ) AccountAccount
After importing, map your own data. To keep the template universal, not every step is pre-filled. Open each step in the builder and connect your accounts and fields (channels, lists, sheets, recipients) before you switch the workflow on.
Make it yours
Changes worth making after you import it.
- If more than one Avada form runs on the site, put a Filter between the Avada trigger and the New User step that matches the registration form only. Pick the field that tells the forms apart from a test entry.
- Add a consent checkbox to the form, then put a Filter between the New User step and the Brevo step so only people who ticked it reach Brevo while everyone still gets an account.
- Add an Email step at the end to send each new user a link to your login or password reset page.
Questions about this workflow
Does the person get a password for their new WordPress account?
It comes down to your mapping. The New User step ships empty, so check in a test run which details it takes. People who get an account without a password you set can choose one through your password reset page.
What if the Avada form email already has a WordPress account?
WordPress keeps the existing account and doesn't add a second one. The New User step reports that user's ID, and any role you map is added to that account. Task History shows the ID returned.
Is Brevo the same as Sendinblue here?
Yes. Sendinblue renamed itself Brevo, and the FlowMattic app is listed as Brevo (Sendinblue). Connect your Brevo account to the Create a New Contact step.
