That depends on what the Create New Product step saves for your store. Run one test submission and look at the product in WooCommerce. If it goes live and you want to review products first, check the step's options after import.
What if the same product is submitted twice?
The workflow creates a product for every submission and doesn't look for an existing one, so a repeated entry gives you a second product. Add a Filter or limit who can reach the form.
Can a Formidable file upload become the product image?
The template doesn't set up an image as imported. Look at the WooCommerce step after import and run a test to see whether it takes an image value you can map from the upload field.
