What this workflow does
Some answers are easier to listen to than to read: a personal tip sheet, a short lesson or a summary of what someone asked for. This workflow takes what a visitor types into your form, has AI write a reply, turns that reply into speech and sends the recording to their phone.
The Fluent Forms trigger starts a run for each new submission and passes every answer on. The OpenAI Generate Content step writes text from a prompt, and the Listnr Convert Text to Audio step converts that text to audio. Both ship unmapped: after import you write the OpenAI prompt with the form answers mapped in, then map OpenAI's result into the Listnr step.
The last step uses WhatsApp Cloud API Send Document Message to deliver the audio as a file. Map the phone number from the form and the audio link from the Listnr step; run a test to see what Listnr returns.

Will everyone who fills in the Fluent Forms form receive the WhatsApp audio?
No. WhatsApp only delivers a document message to someone who messaged your business number in the last 24 hours. Other submitters get nothing, and Task History shows WhatsApp's response.
Do I need accounts with OpenAI, Listnr and WhatsApp Cloud API?
Yes. Each step connects to its own account: OpenAI writes the text, Listnr creates the audio, and your WhatsApp Cloud API business number sends the file.
Why is the audio sent as a document and not a voice note?
