ClickPost tracks shipments across many carriers and reports each status change. FlowMattic writes those updates into Google Sheets, either as a full scan history or as the latest status on each order's row. Operations and support teams can then see stuck parcels, failed deliveries and return-to-origin orders in one sheet, whichever courier is carrying them.

ClickPost and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Log every ClickPost shipment update to an order tracker
Each scan event adds a row with the AWB, order ID, carrier, status, location and time, a complete history to check when a customer asks where their parcel is.
Find the order by AWB or order ID and overwrite its status and last location, so the tracker has one line per shipment instead of dozens of scans.
Shipment Update→Lookup Row Data→Update Row
List failed deliveries and returns for the support team
A Filter passes updates such as failed delivery or return to origin, adds them to an exceptions tab and emails support, so someone can call the customer before the parcel goes back.
Shipment Update→Filter→Add New Row→Email (SMTP)
Write the delivered date into the order's row
When the status is delivered, find the order and fill its delivered cell. Finance can then reconcile cash on delivery and count return windows from a real date.
Shipment Update→Filter→Lookup Row Data→Update Cell Data
Compare carriers with one tab per courier partner
A Router uses the courier name so each carrier's updates fill their own tab, which makes it easier to see which partner leaves parcels stuck in transit.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
ClickPost and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
All carriers in one sheet
Support answers where-is-my-order questions from one tracker, whichever courier the parcel went with.
Customer addresses stay on your server
Shipment and order data go from ClickPost through your own WordPress site to Google, with no other automation company holding it.
High scan volume, flat cost
Runs are unlimited, so a store shipping thousands of parcels, each with many scans, pays nothing per update.
Common questions
Will each ClickPost scan create a new row?
With Add New Row, yes, which gives a full history. To keep one row per shipment, search the AWB with Lookup Row Data and use Update Row instead.
Can I see only problem shipments?
Yes. Put a Filter after the trigger that passes statuses such as failed delivery, return to origin or lost, and write those to an exceptions tab.
Can I match updates to my own order list?
Yes, if your sheet holds the order ID or AWB. Lookup Row Data finds the row and Update Row writes the status and location into it.
Does this work for every carrier ClickPost supports?
The trigger fires for shipment updates ClickPost reports, so any carrier connected to your ClickPost account reaches the same workflow. Route on the courier name to separate them.
