BlueSnap reports on charges, refunds, chargebacks and payouts as they happen. FlowMattic turns those notifications into Google Sheets rows, so a finance team can reconcile payouts, chase failed renewals and track disputes from a spreadsheet they share, instead of exporting reports from the BlueSnap console each week.

BlueSnap and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Log every successful BlueSnap charge in a sheet
Each completed sale becomes a row with the shopper, amount, currency and transaction ID, a running sales ledger the bookkeeper can match against bank deposits.
When a refund goes through, look up the transaction ID in the sales sheet and update that row's status and refund amount, so net revenue stays correct without a second list.
Refund→Lookup Row Data→Update Row
Track each chargeback from opening to outcome
A new chargeback adds a row to the disputes tab. A second workflow on Chargeback Status Changed finds that row and records the new status, so you can see which disputes are still open.
Chargeback Status Changed→Lookup Row Data→Update Row
Build a recovery list from failed renewals
Subscription Charge Failure writes the shopper and subscription to a sheet that the retention team works through, calling or emailing before the subscription lapses.
Subscription Charge Failure→Add New Row
Reconcile payouts in a formatted ledger
Format the payout amount and date before writing, so each transfer to your bank account sits in a payouts tab that totals cleanly by month.
Payout→Number Formatter→Date/Time Formatter→Add New Row
List subscriptions set to cancel at renewal
Cancel On Renewal gives you a window before the customer is gone. Logging them separately from completed cancellations shows which accounts are still worth a win-back offer.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
BlueSnap and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Payment data on your own server
Shopper names, emails and amounts pass through your WordPress site on the way to the sheet, not through a third-party automation account.
One sheet for the whole payment cycle
Sales, refunds, disputes and payouts land in tabs of one spreadsheet, which is easier to reconcile than four console reports.
No charge per transaction
Runs are unlimited on every plan, so a busy sales day logs every charge at no extra cost.
Common questions
Which BlueSnap events can I log in Google Sheets?
Any BlueSnap trigger in the list below, including Charge, Refund, Chargeback, Payout, Recurring and Subscription Charge Failure. Each one starts its own workflow and can write to its own tab.
Can a refund update the row of the original charge?
Yes, if the charge row holds the transaction ID. Start from Refund, search that column with Lookup Row Data and change the status and amount with Update Row.
Can I check the sheet before real sales are logged?
Yes. Make one test charge so FlowMattic captures the data, then test the Add New Row step with it. The row appears in your sheet, and the workflow only runs on live sales once you switch it on.
Will renewals and first charges be mixed together?
Only if you send them to the same tab. Recurring is its own trigger, so subscription renewals can go to a renewals tab while one-off sales use Charge.
