Connect Chili Piper and Google Sheets

Chili Piper books and routes meetings between prospects and your reps. FlowMattic records each booking in Google Sheets and follows it as it is rescheduled, reassigned or canceled. Revenue teams get a meeting log they can report on by rep, source or week, and marketing can see which forms are turning into calls.

Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Log every new Chili Piper meeting in a sheet

Every booking, whatever the source, adds a row with the prospect, assigned rep, meeting type and start time, a single list of booked meetings for the sales team.

Refresh the row when a meeting is rescheduled or reassigned

Meeting Updated finds the meeting by its ID and writes the new time and rep, so the log never shows a call at a time it no longer happens.

Mark canceled meetings so no-shows are not miscounted

When a prospect or rep cancels, set the row's status to canceled with the date. Reports on meetings held then leave those rows out.

Give each rep or region a tab of their own

A Lookup Table maps the assigned rep to a region, and a Router writes each meeting to that region's tab, so team leads see only their own bookings.

Track meetings booked from inbound forms

Filter bookings by source so only meetings from your website forms reach marketing's sheet, which shows which pages produce sales calls.

Write start times in your team's time zone

Prospects book from many time zones. Convert the start time to your office zone before it is written, so the sheet reads the same for every rep.

Set up: new meetings in a log

At the end, every meeting booked through Chili Piper adds a row to your meeting log.

  1. Create the meeting log

Add a header row with Meeting ID, Prospect, Email, Company, Rep, Meeting type, Start time and Status.

  2. Trigger on New Meeting

Create a workflow with Chili Piper and New Meeting, and follow the trigger's steps to send Chili Piper's meeting events to FlowMattic.

  3. Book a test meeting

Book one meeting through a Chili Piper link or form so FlowMattic captures the meeting fields.

  4. Add the row

Connect Google Sheets, add Add New Row, map the meeting ID, prospect and rep to the columns, test and switch on.

Triggers and actions in this pair

A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.

Good to know

  • Keep Chili Piper's meeting ID in its own column. The update and cancel workflows search for it to find the right row.
  • New Meeting fires for every booking regardless of source. Filter on the source or meeting type if a sheet should hold only some of them.
  • The log follows Chili Piper. Editing a row does not reschedule or cancel the meeting.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic

Chili Piper and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.

Meeting reports without CRM exports

Leaders can pivot bookings by rep, week or source directly in the sheet, with cancellations already marked.

Prospect details stay on your server

Names, emails and companies pass through your own WordPress site on the way to Google, not through another automation account.

Busy booking weeks cost the same

Runs are unlimited, so a campaign that fills every rep's calendar is logged at no extra cost.

Common questions

Does a rescheduled meeting create a second row?

Not if you use Meeting Updated with Lookup Row Data and Update Row. The meeting's existing row gets the new time and rep instead of a duplicate.

Can I see canceled meetings separately?

Yes. Canceled Meeting can mark the existing row as canceled, or add the meeting to a separate cancellations tab with Add New Row if you prefer to keep the log untouched.

Does it include meetings booked from any source?

Yes. New Meeting fires for every booked meeting regardless of where it was booked, so links, forms and handoffs all reach the sheet.

Can each rep see only their own meetings?

Route each booking by assignee to a tab or spreadsheet per rep, then share each file only with the person it belongs to.
