How do I send Vadootv leads to Google Sheets?

Create a FlowMattic workflow with the Vadootv Lead Captured trigger, capture a test lead from one of your videos, then add Google Sheets Add New Row and map the lead fields.

Can I see which video each lead came from?

Yes. Map the video ID or title from the trigger into a column. A Lookup Table step can also turn the video ID into a product name for sales.

Can I log new videos as well as leads?

Yes. Build a second workflow on Video Created that adds each new video to a catalogue tab in the same spreadsheet.

Can each lead get a follow-up email?

Yes. After Add New Row, add an Email (SMTP) step that sends the viewer a link to the next video or resource from your own mail server.
