What this workflow does
Offering a discount in return for a sign-up only works if the code reaches people quickly. Creating coupons by hand for each entry is slow, and one shared code gets passed around. This workflow creates a coupon in your store for each Kadence Forms submission and sends it to the person who filled in the form.
It starts with the Kadence Forms trigger, which runs on every new submission on your WordPress site. FlowMattic then uses WooCommerce Create Coupon to add a coupon to your store, built from the details you map, including the code. Last, the Email step sends a message to the address from the form, with the new code mapped into it from the coupon step.
WooCommerce needs every coupon code to be unique, so build the code from something that changes with each submission rather than typing a fixed word. Every submission runs all three steps, and Task History shows each run, including any error from WooCommerce or the mail server.

Can the same person submit the Kadence form twice and get two coupons?
Yes. Nothing in the template checks for earlier entries, so every submission creates a coupon and sends an email. Add your own check, such as a Filter, if that matters to you.
Do I need WooCommerce on the same site as Kadence Forms?
Yes. Kadence Forms, WooCommerce and FlowMattic all run on your WordPress site, and the coupon is created in that store.
Which mail service sends the WooCommerce coupon email?
FlowMattic's Email module, which sends through WordPress mail or through the SMTP account you set up in the step. Pick whichever your site already uses for outgoing mail.
What happens if WooCommerce rejects the coupon?
