Connect Consolto and Google Sheets

Consolto collects leads when visitors start a chat or ask for a video call on your website. FlowMattic adds each of those leads to Google Sheets, so consultants, clinics and small agencies keep one shared list of everyone who reached out, with their contact details and message, ready for follow-up by whoever is free.

When Consolto fires New Lead, FlowMattic runs Add New Row in Google Sheets with the data from that event.

You build this in the FlowMattic workflow builder on your own site. See the setup steps

Consolto and Google Sheets workflows you can build

Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Log every new Consolto lead in a sheet

Each visitor who leaves details in the widget becomes a row with name, email, phone and message, so no enquiry stays only in the chat history.

Update returning visitors instead of adding them again

People often come back to the widget. Search the email first, then a Router adds the latest message to the visitor's existing row or creates a row for someone new.

Sort each enquiry by topic with an AI step

An AI Agent reads the visitor's message and returns a topic and urgency, written into their own columns, so the sheet can be sorted by what people actually asked about.

Send a follow-up email the next morning

Log the lead, wait with a Delay, then email the visitor a short note and a booking link, so an after-hours enquiry gets a reply when the office opens.

Tidy names and numbers before they reach the list

Chat forms collect whatever visitors type. Trim spaces and fix the capitalisation of names with a Text Formatter, so the list is ready for a call sheet.

Set up: Consolto leads in a sheet

At the end, each lead collected by your Consolto widget adds a row to your leads sheet.

  1. Prepare the leads sheet

Add a header row with Date, Name, Email, Phone and Message.

  2. Trigger on New Lead

Create a workflow with Consolto and New Lead, and set up the connection the trigger asks for in your Consolto account.

  3. Leave a test lead

Open your site, start a chat in the widget and leave your details so FlowMattic captures a lead.

  4. Add the row

Connect Google Sheets, add Add New Row, map the lead fields to the columns, test and switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair

A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.

Good to know

  • The fields depend on what your Consolto widget asks visitors for, so the mapping above is an example. Map from a test lead after setting up the widget.
  • A visitor who leaves details twice creates two leads. Use the lookup example if the sheet should hold one row per person.
  • Rows added to the sheet by hand do not appear in Consolto. The workflow runs from Consolto to Sheets.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic

Consolto and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.

One list for every enquiry

Chat and video leads land in a sheet the whole team can see, so follow-up does not depend on who was online when the visitor wrote.

Visitor details stay on your server

Names, emails and messages pass through your own WordPress site to Google, not through another automation account.

More enquiries, same cost

Runs are unlimited, so a busy month of chat leads costs no more in FlowMattic than a quiet one.

Common questions

Which Consolto leads reach the sheet?

Every lead Consolto collects from your widget starts the New Lead workflow. Use a Filter after the trigger if you only want leads that include a phone number or a particular page.

Can I stop repeat visitors creating duplicate rows?

Yes. Add Lookup Row Data on the email column and a Router. Update Row handles visitors already in the sheet, Add New Row handles new ones.

Can I reply to the lead automatically?

Yes. After Add New Row, add Email (SMTP) to send a reply from your own mail server, with a Delay first if you want it to arrive later.

Can the AI step rate how urgent a lead is?

Yes. Give the AI Agent the visitor's message and ask for a topic and urgency in a fixed format, then map its answer to columns in Add New Row.
