Epos Now runs the till, the table bookings and the customer list for shops and hospitality venues. Google Sheets is where owners and managers often total the day or plan the next shift. FlowMattic copies each sale, booking, new customer and rating into a sheet from your own WordPress site, so the numbers are there without logging in to the back office.

Epos Now and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Log each till transaction in a sales sheet
Every sale becomes a row with its total, payment method and time, so the owner can check takings from a phone and the bookkeeper has a running record.
Date/Time Formatter turns the transaction time into a day name or date, written in its own column, so a pivot table shows takings per day of the week.
New Transaction→Date/Time Formatter→Add New Row
Flag low customer ratings for the manager
A Filter lets only low ratings through. They go onto a Follow-up tab and Email (SMTP) tells the manager, who can contact the customer while the visit is fresh.
New Customer Rating→Filter→Add New Row→Email (SMTP)
Keep a booking sheet for front of house
Each new booking is written with a readable date, time and party size, so staff planning the floor work from a shared sheet instead of one till screen.
New Booking→Date/Time Formatter→Add New Row
Build a customer list for loyalty offers
New customers added at the till are copied into a sheet with names tidied by Text Formatter, ready for a mail merge or a birthday offer.
New Customer→Text Formatter→Add New Row
Record new products as they are added
A product register in the sheet lists each item with its price and category on the day it was created, which helps when several people manage the menu or stock.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Epos Now and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Takings visible away from the till
Owners and area managers can check a shared sheet on any device without a back-office login for each person.
Busy Saturdays cost nothing extra
Runs are unlimited, so a venue that rings through hundreds of sales a day pays the same as a quiet one.
Sales data stays on your side
Transactions and customer details pass through your own WordPress site into your own sheet, not an outside automation service.
Common questions
Can I see daily takings in Google Sheets without exporting from Epos Now?
Yes. Each New Transaction adds a row, and a formatted date column lets a SUMIF or pivot table total each day. The sheet stays current as sales are rung through.
Can I track several shops in one spreadsheet?
Yes. Add a Router after New Transaction that sends each sale to the tab for its location or device, or keep one tab with a location column.
How do I follow up on poor ratings?
Start a workflow on New Customer Rating, add a Filter for low scores, log them on a Follow-up tab and email the manager with Email (SMTP).
Will refunds show up in the sheet?
That depends on how they are rung through. Check a test refund: if it arrives as a New Transaction with a negative total, it is logged like any other sale.
Can the booking sheet show only today's bookings?
Write the booking date in its own column and use a sheet filter or a FILTER formula on a second tab to show today's bookings for the floor team.
