Connect Olx and Google Sheets

OLX brings buyers to your listings for cars, property and goods, and every enquiry is a lead someone needs to call back. FlowMattic writes each new OLX lead into Google Sheets from your WordPress site, so dealers, agents and sellers keep one list of enquiries, sorted by listing and ready for the sales team.

When Olx fires New Lead, FlowMattic runs Add New Row in Google Sheets with the data from that event.

Olx and Google Sheets workflows you can build

Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Log every new OLX lead as a row

Each buyer enquiry gets a row with their name, phone, message and the listing, so the sales team works one shared list instead of separate inboxes.

Sort leads into tabs by listing category

A Router reads the listing category, so a dealer's car enquiries, finance questions and trade-in offers each land on the tab of the person who handles them.

Merge a buyer who asks about several listings

Look up the phone number first. A Router adds the new listing to the buyer's existing row, or adds a row for a new buyer, so one person gets one call.

Tidy phone numbers for the dialler

Buyers type numbers in every format. Text Formatter strips spaces and symbols before the row is written, so the sheet can feed a calling list straight away.

Log the lead and email the salesperson

After the row is written, an Email (SMTP) step sends the enquiry to the salesperson for that listing, with a link to the sheet for notes.

Set up: each new lead as a row

At the end, every new OLX lead is added to your Google Sheet as one row.

  1. Prepare the sheet

Add a header row such as Date, Buyer, Phone, Email, Listing, Message, Assigned to and Status.

  2. Connect Google Sheets

Under Connects, add a Google Sheets connection with an account that can edit the leads sheet.

  3. Start with New Lead

Create a workflow with the Olx New Lead trigger and follow its setup instructions, then wait for or create a test enquiry so FlowMattic captures the fields.

  4. Add New Row

Add Google Sheets Add New Row, map the lead fields to the columns, test the step and switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair

A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.

Good to know

  • New Lead is the OLX event these workflows start from. Replies and offers you handle inside OLX do not update the sheet, so record the outcome in a Status column.
  • Buyers do not always share an email. Use the phone number as the key when you look up repeat buyers.
  • The fields above are an example. Check the data captured from your first lead and map what OLX sends.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic

Olx and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.

Buyer details stay on your server

Names and phone numbers pass from OLX through your own WordPress site into the sheet, not through another company's automation account.

Busy listings cost the same

Runs are unlimited, so a dealer with many active listings and a steady flow of enquiries needs no bigger plan.

One list for the whole showroom

Every salesperson sees the same enquiries, who has taken each one and what happened next, in a sheet they already know.

Common questions

How do I send OLX leads to Google Sheets?

Create a workflow with the Olx New Lead trigger, capture a test lead, then add Add New Row and map the buyer, phone, listing and message to your columns.

Can each salesperson get their own leads?

Yes. Add a Router after New Lead with a path per category, listing or branch. Each path writes to that salesperson's tab, and can email them too.

How do I stop the same buyer appearing many times?

Search the phone column with Lookup Row Data before writing. A Router then runs Update Row for a known buyer and Add New Row for a new one.

Can I track what happened to each lead?

Yes. Add Status and Assigned to columns to the sheet. The workflow fills in the lead, and your team updates the status as they call each buyer.
